You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it — here is how it works.

Returns & Exchanges

The Buyer is entitled to exchange the delivered items for other analogous items of different dimensions, shapes, colors, models, or configurations, or return the goods they do not like.

The Buyer may exchange or return a product within 14 days from the day of receiving it without stating a reason. To do so, the Buyer must submit a written request to info@ccbaltics.com and include a proof of purchase document, as well as indicate which items are being returned or exchanged and the reason why.

If shop.ccbaltics.com does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer has the right to return the items and receive a refund, after notifying shop.ccbaltics.com in writing. The Buyer’s request for exchange will be honored if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, retain their functional properties and commercial appearance, and the Buyer can provide proof of purchase from shop.ccbaltics.com.

Return Conditions

The terms and conditions for returning goods shall be as follows:

• The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with authentic labels, protective bags, and the same accessories it was sold with.
• The product must not be damaged or used by the Buyer (except in cases where a defective product is being returned).
• The item must retain its original commercial appearance (e.g., intact labels, unopened protective band, etc., except in cases of returning a defective product). Packaging modifications necessary to inspect the product are not considered essential changes.
• The returned item must be in the same complete set as received by the Buyer. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.

Reduced or Refused Refunds

After receiving and evaluating the returned items, shop.ccbaltics.com determines their value. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. shop.ccbaltics.com reserves the right to unilaterally reduce the refund amount proportionally to the decrease in value.

shop.ccbaltics.com has the right to reject returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return conditions. The Buyer agrees to compensate shop.ccbaltics.com for any losses incurred, and the refund will not be issued.

Return Shipping & Refunds

The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 14 days from the date of return (once the goods have been received by shop.ccbaltics.com). The money will be transferred to the same account from which the order was originally paid.
